This coffee is a blend of 100% Arabica beans from Brazil, Ethiopia and India. The high quality coffee from Brazil has come from a group of smallholder producers in the Mogiana coffee-growing region. The area where this Ethiopian coffee comes from is lush with vegetation and fertile farming land, perfect for growing these amazing beans. Then finally we have added Indian coffee beans to bring the smooth creamy body. These 3 coffees work so well together, bringing lots of different elements to this fantastic complex coffee.
Great Taste Judges' commented: "A rich thick, dark crema to this espresso that delivers a bright acidity with floral, cherry notes on the tasting. A lovely, light tobacco and tart blackcurrant flavour is present in this coffee and it has an extraordinary syrupy mouthfeel."
