Coffee Care Wholesale deliveries explained...
We always despatch orders as quickly and as perfectly as possible, on a working day basis (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed before 1pm (on a working day) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, will be shipped the next working day.
We also offer a range of delivery options so you can decide if you can wait or need it in a hurry. Deliveries to the Highlands or Islands can take an additional 2-5 days.
Our table below is a guide to delivery times from when we receive your order to when you should expect to get it. Most Express deliveries ordered before 1pm should be received the next working day. Shipping costs vary depending upon the weight of your order and how quickly you need it. All of the options include tracking but please note Royal Mail only advise when the parcel been delivered not where it is.
Royal Mail 2nd Class - Under 2kg - 2-3 days - £3.20
Royal Mail 1st Class - Under 1kg - 1-2 days - £3.85
Express - up to 5kg - 1-3 days - £7.50
Express - any weight - 1-3 days - £8.50
We also offer FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY on all orders over £50.

If you live close to our headquarters in Skipton, North Yorkshire, and your order can be delivered using our own vans we will aim to get your order to you within 2 days. Your order will automatically generate Local Delivery as a shipping option if you live in any of the following towns:
Carleton in Craven, Broughton, Gargrave, Bradley, Cononley, Farnhill, Kildwick, Crosshills, Sutton, Glusburn, Eastburn, Steeton, Silsden, Draughton, Addingham, Ilkley, Ben Rhydding, Burley in Wharfedale, Menston.
By selecting this your delivery fee will not exceed £3.00 regardless of weight.
