Darjeeling

Regarded as the ‘Champagne of Teas’, Darjeeling is considered one of the finest grades. High grown, in the foothills of the Himalayas, it offers a distinctive light, delicate flavour and aroma with undertones of muscatel. Definitely one for afternoon tea with guests. Whilst it can be drunk with milk some believe that its special qualities can be lost and prefer to drink it as it comes.
